Buildings a1-a4 add their base recruit growth to the local city pool.
Day 15
Growth from recruitment buildings is multiplied by x3.
Recruits in the pool accumulate locally in the city. They are not an army and do not defend the city until the player buys them.
Bought recruits cost the same as the matching unit in the faction catalog and go to the city garrison.
